Registration rates (both in person and online) are listed below. Live attendance for a single day (Friday or Saturday) is also available at a reduced rate. Conference session recordings will be available to attendees registered for both Friday and Saturday. For concurrent sessions, you will receive access to recordings (and cme credits if applicable) of all talks via the learning portal, regardless of which session you attend live. At this time, recordings are not available for single-day registrants. Single-day registration is intended for those attending live (either online or in person), without later access to recordings through our CME portal. Residents of low- and middle-income countries are eligible for reduced rates for virtual attendance, recording access, and IIRRM membership. For more information, please click here. If you reside in one of these countries, please email secretariat@iirrm.org.
Group Registration
IIRRM offers discounted registration for groups of five or more from the same clinic, practice, or organisation:
- Groups of 5–9: 5% off
- Groups of 10 or more: 10% off

*EU pricing is approximate based on recent exchange rates. The IIRRM Congress registration is charged in U.S. currency. When charging with your credit card, the amount is converted into U.S. currency according to the valid exchange rate list of the association of cardholders. As a result, there may be a slight difference in the final charge compared to the original price displayed above or on our website.

What is covered by the registration fee?
Attending in-person (Both Days):
- Admission to all IIRRM scientific sessions, poster gallery, and research sessions
- Lunch and coffee/tea/snacks
- Access to recorded on-demand sessions through the virtual conference platform for 12 months after the conference
- Access to the virtual conference live-stream platform if you are unable to attend in person on both days
- CME credits or a certificate of participation
Virtual Conference Platform (Online Attendees Both Days):
- Access to interactive online live-streamed sessions through the virtual conference platform
- Access to recorded on-demand sessions through the virtual conference platform for 12 months after the conference
- Access to digital posters and flash poster presentations
- Access to sponsor content (if available) through the virtual platform
- Open networking with other attendees through the online platform during breaks
- CME credits or a certificate of participation
What is your refund policy?
For attendees unable to attend the congress, IIRRM members can request a full refund less a 10% processing fee OR change their registration to a “virtual attendee” up to and including September 1, 2026. Due to the overwhelming number of congress registrations and visa invitation letters we process, as well as costs involved in international transfers, IIRRM is unable to issue refunds to non-IIRRM members.
Where an attendee is unable to attend the congress because of their failure to obtain a Visa, IIRRM’s cancellation policy can be found here.
In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances or “force majeure” affecting IIRRM or the venue, all attendees will receive a full refund of registration fees.
I cannot attend live. Can I purchase recordings only?
Yes. Please register for “recordings only”. If you can only join for a few hours you can register as. avirtual attendee. All delegates will also receive recording access whether in person or joining online provided they register for the full conference (both Friday and Saturday).
I submitted an abstract. Do I still register as an attendee?
Yes. Abstract presenters must also pay and register for the congress.
I need an invoice for my registration fee. How do I get it?

How do I register for pre-conference courses & workshops?
Registration for pre-conference education hosted on October 7-8 2026 including the International Meeting of Teachers & Practitionersand other pre-conference and courses will be announced in early February 2026. If you would like access to recordings, please register for both days or purchase the recording bundle.
Are there discounts for low or middle income countries?
Virtual attendees from lower or middle-income countries receive discounted rates as part of our Global Access Initiative. Rates vary and automatically apply at checkout.
For in-person delegates, you may apply for a bursary to offset registration and travel. Please email secretariat@rrmcongress.com. IIRRM receives an overwhelming amount of requests for bursaries. The number of bursaries available depends on the amount of donors we receive for this program.
We encourage you to seek out sponsorship or donors to offset your travel or congress registration independently. General donations towards travel and regsitration fees may be made to IIRRM in your name here or through our structured scholarship bursary here. IIRRM issues charitable donation receipts for all amounts over $50.
