Congress Programme
The International Congress will open on Thursday at 5:30 PM with a complimentary reception, welcoming addresses, and patient testimonies.
Friday and Saturday run from approximately 8 AM to 6 pm.

Hybrid & Multilingual
The International Congress is offered live online and in person, with simultaneous Spanish and French translation available on Zoom or by call-in. All participants will receive self-paced/recording access with CME credits valid for up to 6 months.
We will offer additional languages with enough interest (at least 10 interested in an additional language) or an interpretation sponsor.

Dr. Lynn Keenan is board certified in Sleep and Internal Medicine. She has been practicing RRM since being trained as a medical consultant in NaProTechnology in 2000, and has had further training with Dr Phil Boyle in NeoFertility. She recently retired from her position as Clinical Professor of Medicine, University of California, San Francisco after serving over 30 years as faculty. She developed the Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program at the Fresno campus, where she served as program director for 9 years. She has served on the boards of the IIRRM, CANFP and IRRMA.
Craig Turczynski, PhD. ALS-P(AAB) (Andrology Laboratory Scientist-Provisional)
Restorative and Technological Approaches for Diagnosis and Treatment of Infertility: Pro et Contra.
Dr. Craig Turczynski completed a B.S. in Animal Science at Iowa State University, a Ph.D. in Physiology of Reproduction at Texas A&M University, and a post-doctoral fellowship in reproductive endocrinology at the Women’s Research Institute in Wichita, KS. He then became an Assistant Professor of ObGyn at Louisiana State University Medical School-Shreveport, where he developed and directed their clinical hormone, andrology, and IVF laboratories. After 7 years, he left the IVF field due to conflicts with the aggressive use of the technology. Subsequently, he received training in the Creighton Model and the Billings Ovulation Method®. To rekindle his science career, Craig completed the FEMM medical management training, conducted a fellowship in restorative reproductive medicine with Dr. Phil Boyle, and recertified as an andrology laboratory scientist. He believes in the intersection of virtue and science and aligns himself with organizations that seek the root cause of disease and therapeutic cures. Currently, he consults the male spouse of infertility patients on telehealth platforms from My Catholic Doctor and FEMM. His experience performing semen testing and IVF gives him a unique understanding of gamete physiology.

Dr. Boyle is the founder and director of NeoFertility and is a co-founder of the ChartNeo fertility app. He has helped over 3,500 couples achieve successful pregnancies, many after years of infertility, repeated miscarriage, and failed IVF.
Dr. Boyle is a member of the Irish Fertility Society and is currently president of the International Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine. He developed NeoFertility in 2016 after 20 years experience with NaPro Technology Fertility treatment.

Dr. Jessica Liu, ND, in naturopathic practice since 2006, is the clinical director at Lakeside Natural Health Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, and is the creator of the Creating Vibrant Fertility Patient Program. She is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and McMaster University. She has advanced training in Bio-identical Hormone Therapy and Pharmacology.
Dr. Liu is also a regular speaker at the Canadian Fertility Show, known for her special interest in unexplained infertility, fertility stress and PTSD.
In 2020, Nora and Jessica co-founded Fertility Continuing Education, an online learning platform for healthcare professionals seeking further training in cycle charting and integrative restorative fertility.

Nora Pope, FCP, has been creating, producing, and hosting Continuing Medical Education programs since 2003. She is a Creighton Model FertilityCare Practitioner and practiced naturopathic medicine from 2002-2019. She is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and McGill University. She completed advanced training in NaProTechnology as a Medical Consultant Intern and has published articles on Cycle Charting in NDNR and Midwifery Today.
In 2020, Nora and Jessica co-founded Fertility Continuing Education, an online learning platform for healthcare professionals seeking further training in cycle charting and integrative restorative fertility.
José Antonio Arraztoa, MD, MSc., FACOG.
A tailored medical approach based in Fertility Charting to handle PCOS patients
Dr. Jose Antonio Arraztoa received his medical degree from the University of Chile. He specialized in obstetrics and gynaecology (CONACEM) and completed a master’s degree in medical sciences, with a focus on reproductive biology, from the University of Chile. Subsequently, he conducted research in reproductive endocrinology at NICHD/NIH (2000-2002) and received medical consultant training at NFP (Creighton University).
Since 1996, he has been a professor in the department of obstetrics and gynecology at the Universidad de los Andes, where he has developed his academic career, currently holding the position of Full Professor. He is the founder and current director of the Program for the Care and Study of Fertility (PROCEF) at the Universidad de los Andes. This program provides clinical assistance for Natural Family Planning and restorative reproductive health services, including medical and surgical treatments.
Complementing his clinical work, he completed a master’s degree in health management and has served as Director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University. In 2013, he implemented and directed the Obstetrics and Gynecology Service at the nascent Clinic of the Universidad de los Andes. He currently serves as the Deputy Medical Director of the Universidad de los Andes Clinic. Dr. Arraztoa is an associate of the Chilean Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, where he served as director for two terms, and is a member of ACOG. He also serves on the Board of Directors of IIRRM and on the IIRRM International Advisory Committee. Dr. Arraztoa conducts academic and community talks on topics such as sexuality and couples communication, infertility and endocrinology, and natural methods of fertility recognition.
He has authored and coauthored scientific articles published in reproduction and perinatology. In the area of NFP, his publications also include an efficiency study of the method and a study on the impact of NFP on marital functioning.
