The International Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine invites you to submit a scientific abstract for poster presentation consideration at the 2026 International Clinical & Scientific Congress for Restorative Reproductive Medicine, hosted in Orlando, Florida, USA on 9 & 10 October 2026. Now in its 22nd year, our poster and oral abstract sessions are an integral part of the annual congress and an opportunity to share your work with attendees from across the globe.

Abstracts are welcome in any area relevant to restorative reproductive medicine (RRM).  RRM is any scientific approach to reproductive medicine that seeks to cooperate with or restore the normal physiology and anatomy of the human reproductive system. To address reproductive health problems RRM exclusively focuses investigations and treatments on identifying and correcting abnormalities, restoring or optimizing normal reproductive function.

Specific areas of interest include:

• infertility & recurrent pregnancy loss
• integrated systems of restorative reproductive medicine
• fertility awareness/fertility awareness based methods
• endocrinology
• andrology
• epidemiology
• reproductive anatomy and physiology
• psychosocial dimensions of human reproduction
• women’s reproductive health management
• environmental factors impacting human reproductive health
• research comparing restorative and non-restorative approaches to reproductive medicine
• other topics relevant to restorative reproductive medicine

Abstracts will not be accepted if they focus on the humanities, medical ethics, or research that does not relate to a restorative approach to human fertility and reproductive health.Research focused solely on ART/IVF or related assisted reproductive technologies will not be accepted unless they clearly demonstrate relevance to RRM.

Guidelines for Submission:

1.  Abstracts may include original research, systematic literature reviews, theoretical development, systematic clinical observation, educational research and program evaluation, or clinical quality improvement initiatives. Abstracts should reflect work in progress or work completed but not yet published. Case reports and case series are also encouraged.

2.  Submission Deadlines:

• Regular Submission: 1 May 2026
• Abstracts will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis until August 15 2026. Notification if decision will be sent within 3 weeks of submission
• All abstracts must be received no later than 15 August 2026.

3.  Abstracts must be submitted in English and are limited to a maximum of 500 words. Abstracts should not contain charts, diagrams, or tables. Do not include your name, affiliations or any reference to your company name (if applicable) or the names of any presenters/authors in the abstract. Use generic drug names instead of brand names wherever possible, as the use of specific brand names is strongly discouraged.

4.  All abstracts must be submitted using the online abstract submission system.  The contact details entered are those of the presenting author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract.  If additional authors were involved, the presenting author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.

5.  You will receive an acknowledgement we received your abstract shortly after submission. If you do not receive a notice, please send an email to secretariat@iirrm.org to make sure we have received your abstract.

6. If you are submitting multiple abstracts for presentation each abstract must be submitted separately.

7.  Abstracts are judged for scientific quality, innovation, and relevance to, and consistency with a restorative approach to reproductive medicine.

8.  If your abstract is accepted, you will be asked to submit a current bio sketch, 100 words or less, and confrimation of your abstract for publication online and as a conference supplement on the IIRRM website. This also requires you to complete an online faculty disclosure, including disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest. For RCTs, inclusion of a trial registration number is mandatory.

9.  All presenters must register for the conference and pay the meeting registration fee.

10.  Research posters will be displayed throughout the day of the meeting on both Friday and Saturday, with dedicated time for viewing, as well as during breaks.  Selected posters in each category will be invited to introduce their research as a 5-minute oral presentation during the proceedings of the main conference. This can be a walk through of your poster or up to 4 slides presenting your work.

11.  Poster presenters will be provided with a stand to hold a standard poster size of 36″x 48″.   Your poster should not exceed this size.  Orientation may be either portrait or landscape. Posters should identify the title of the paper, authors, and their affiliations at the top or bottom of their poster. 12.  Authors may present either in-person or online. All presenters, regardless of their format, must display a poster in our Research Poster Gallery and provide an e-poster (PPTX, PDF, etc.) for those joining virtually.  Printing can be arranged by the author, or a link for printing posters will be provided with delivery to the hotel. The cost of printing is the responsibility of the authors.

13. Use of Generative AI: Generative artificial intelligence (AI), as with traditional automated and manual editing services, has the potential to improve the clarity of submitted abstracts when used to help revise or translate text written by the author. Authors may use AI in the development of abstracts submitted for presentation at the IIRRM Congress Annual Meeting 2026 under the following conditions:

• Any use of AI in connection with the conduct of the study underlying the abstract must be described in the Methods section of the abstract.
• Any use of AI to produce new text or other material for an abstract must be disclosed in a sentence at the end of the abstract body.
• All abstract authors are fully responsible for reviewing their completed abstract (regardless of how the abstract was written) to verify the accuracy and integrity of all statements prior to submission.

14. Awards: The IIRRM Annual Congress is pleased to recognise the top abstracts in four categories through the Kathleen Copeland Poster Awards:

• Student/Resident Award
• Case Report/Case Series Award
• Clinical & Science Award – Early Practice/Career (First five years of clinical practice or research career)
• Clinical & Science Award – Mid/Late Career ( Six or more years of clinical practice or research career)

The Student/Resident Award is open to trainee investigators who are the first or senior author of the abstract and who present the poster at the Congress. Trainees include undergraduate students, medical/healthcare professional students, graduate students, resident physicians, and postdoctoral fellows (MD or PhD).

Case reports and case series form a separate award category. For all other categories, eligibility is determined by the status and career stage of the first or senior author.

Congress delegates are invited to view the posters, discuss the research with the presenters, and vote for the top poster in each category. Posters will be evaluated for research quality, poster and presentation organisation, and the scientific or clinical impact of the work in advancing knowledge or practice in restorative reproductive medicine. A cash prize and award will be presented in each category. Recipients will be announced and recognised during the closing session of the Congress on Saturday, 10 October 2026.
