Lactation Lounge Sponsor
Show your support for breastfeeding parents attending the Congress. The lounge is open for the 4 days across pre-conferences and the main conference. Co-Branded Lanyards
Provided to every attendee at registration, the lanyards provide your organization prominent visibility with conference attendees. The sponsor’s logo will appear alongside the Congress logo on all lanyards distributed to attendees at check-in.
Notepads & Pens
Feature your company’s logo on all Congress notepads and pens as attendees take notes throughout the event. Enjoy a high degree of brand after the conference as attendees take their notes and pens back with them.
Notepads must be 5″ X 8″ or larger with cardboard backing. Sponsors are responsible for providing the imprinted notepads, pens and shipping and handling costs.

The digital program will also be available (in Spanish and English) for attendees joining online, purchasing recordings or for general public download before and after the event. As such, we encourage you to include clickable links, linked logo or call-to-action items as part of your message to be included in the digital version, or you are welcome to submit two versions. Additional guidance will be sent for designing your message after purchase.
For Authors and Publishers
IIRRM Congress Book Nook & Bookstore
A dedicated space for attendees to discover books, textbooks, and educational publications relevant to restorative reproductive medicine, fertility awareness, reproductive health, women’s and men’s health, professional education, and patient support.
The Book Nook provides authors and publishers with a lower-cost alternative to a full exhibitor booth. The participation fee includes one Congress registration, with discounted registration available to IIRRM members. Titles may be displayed in the Congress bookstore area and bookstore handout, listed in the online bookstore for one year with a cover image, brief description and purchasing link or QR code, and author's can optionally join for book discussions, author conversations, and signing.
Authors and publishers who cannot attend in person can request a digital-only listing, with the option for an onsite QR code and inclusion in the Congress title list.

Premium sponsors are also invited to exhibit in the Congress Foyer throughout the pre-conference programs on October 7–8, 2026.
Exhibits will be relocated before the Main Congress begins. Dedicated event staff will assist with the move and ensure that exhibit materials are stored securely between locations.

Key information at a glance
Does sponsorship influence the scientific program?
No. Sponsorship and exhibiting do not purchase influence over educational content, speaker selection, accreditation decisions, or IIRRM policies, and do not imply endorsement of a company, product, service, publication, or claim. All marketing and exhibits must occur in the deisgnated exhibit areas which is outside of rooms where educational sessions are being hosted.
I am not able to attend in person. Can my organization participate online?
Many sponsorship and exhibitor benefits include digital visibility, virtual expo participation, online communications, or livestream recognition. You can also mail inserts or material for display even if you are unable to attend in person (although we hope you can!).
How are opportunities reserved?
Opportunities are subject to availability. You can register online for sponsorship, an exhibitor booth, or other opportunities here, or request an invoice by emailing sponsors@iirrm.org. IIRRM will issue an invoice and provide secure payment instructions.
Can invoices be issued in currencies other than US dollars?
Prices are stated in US dollars. Upon request, an invoice may be issued in euros or Canadian dollars using the average daily exchange rate in effect on the date the invoice is issued.
