Poster Printing for Presentation at the IIRRM Congress

 

Congratulations on the acceptance of your abstract for presentation at 22nd International Clinical & Scientific Congress for RRM happening in Orlando, Florida from October 7-10, 2026.

Have your poster professionally printed and delivered directly to the conference site. We have arranged for poster printing services for research poster presentations through VistaPrint at reduced rates. Prices range from USD $20 – $50 depending on size and preferred type of paper/backing, and include tax and shipping.

Steps:

  • Size your poster: Available sizes are: 24″ x 36″ or 36″ x 48″
  • Prepare your poster: Export in PDF or PPTX format.
  • Upload and pay: Complete the form below, upload your poster file, and finalize your submission with payment.
  • Pickup: Collect your poster at the front desk, or it will be delivered to the conference room — no need to travel with a poster on flights.

PDF should be created at the actual poster size (100% scale). Images included in the poster should be high resolution, ideally 150–300 dpi at final print size. Colour: CMYK is preferred, but RGB is acceptable.

PowerPoint (.pptx) files are also accepted. Please ensure the slide dimensions are set to the final poster size before submission and review the file carefully to confirm that all text, images, and formatting appear correctly.
