2025 IIRRM Poster & Abstract Information for Presenters
Thank you for presenting your research and work at the 21st International Clinical & Scientific Congress for Restorative Reproductive Medicine. Set up of posters will begin at 7:45 AM on Friday, and posters should be removed from the area no later than 8:00 PM on Saturday.
Poster Information & Guidelines
- Poster size: Maximum 120 cm x 84 cm (A0); smaller is acceptable.
- Printing:
- You are also welcome to print and collect locally, or bring your poster to the congress.
- If using this service, please upload a digital copy in PDF form here or email to abstracts@iirrm.orgno later than 20 September 2025. Earlier is appreciated
- Make payment below (or bring cash to the congress).
- Posters will be delivered to the conference room on Friday for set up, or can be picked up Thursday at the hotel front desk.IIRRM has also arranged printing and delivery to the hotel through Print Studio Croatia (€24 for A0 size — includes VAT and delivery to the hotel).
- You are also welcome to print and collect locally, or bring your poster to the congress.

Oral (Flash) Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Presentation time: Maximum 3 minutes (+2 minutes for questions)
- Slides (optional): May be accompanied by an audio walkthrough/explanation of your poster
- Slide limit: Maximum 4 slides, 5-minute total duration
- Attendance: Please be in your area to meet with your moderator five minutes before your scheduled time.
If you are presenting online, please join at least ten minutes before.
We encourage you to stay in the session for the other poster presentations.
Example Slide Formats
Format 1:
- Title, authors, and abstract (acknowledgements may be included here)
- Methods
- Results (tables or graphs recommended; avoid duplicating results in both text and tables/graphs)
- Discussion
Format 2:
- Cover slide with the abstract title
- Abstract data – key information from the abstract/poster the presenter wishes to highlight
- Research summary – highlight the research/methods used to obtain the data
Format 3 (Case Report):
- Introduction & Background
- Case Report
- Discussion
- Conclusion
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Remember! Include a conflict of interest (COI) disclosure on your poster. This could be placed in the footer of your poster and/or in the same area as funding acknowledgements or collaborations.
Alternatively, you may display your disclosure beside your poster.
